Our Origins

Dhari was established in Toronto, Canada by Chital Gandhi to serve the IT ecosystem with exceptionally seamless and robust returns management, logistics, warranty servicing, and responsible recycling services. Our unwavering focus on quality assurance has made us the partner of choice for retail customers seeking high performance technology solutions at affordable prices.

In less than three years since entering the market, we have become recognized partners of excellence across platforms like eBay, Amazon, Best Buy, and Overstock. Our consistent investments in quality assurance processes, human capital, and industry partnerships have propelled our growth and pushed our bar of service excellence to greater heights year after year. This perennially growing standard of service has earned us a revered clientele consisting of brands like Pharmasave, West Coast Pharmacy, Pizza Hut, and National Credit Reporting .

Our Management Team

Chital Gandhi, Founder and CEO
Chital brings over three decades of global experience in strategic IT planning, business solutions, RMA & reverse logistics lifecycle management, and project management. He graduated with a Master of Computer Applications from one of the most revered universities in Western India in 1994, when the Indian information technology industry was still in its infancy.

Before founding Dhari, he had already established himself as one of the key members in the Canadian information technology ecosystem as one of the most influential managers at the National Electronic Service Association. He serves as the first employee and CEO at Dhari Inc., having established the company’s vision and leading its operations towards continuously higher standards of service excellence.
